Bahama Cruise 2012

What a great way to start off the new year!  Big thanks to my hubby for all his hard work over the summer that earned us this much needed time away from the not so wintery but cold Utah weather.  Surprisingly and much to our disappointment there just so happen to be a cold front sweeping into Orlando, Florida the night that we arrived on January 4th.  Luckily it didn't last very long and when we went to Disney World the next day the weather was pretty amazing, not too hot and not too cold!  We spent the rest of our vacation on the cruise ship which stopped in Nassau and Coco Cay.  There we did some exploring, snorkeling, and some much needed beach bumming.  We topped the whole vacation off with an awesome air boat ride in Florida before we headed home to Utah.  Oh how I miss the sun and beautiful ocean!

These natural caves went 4 miles deep

Softest sand i've EVER felt

Conch Shell Bryce found on the beach

Queens Staircase.  This was amazing!  It was an escape route for royalty back in the day and it was carved BY HAND out of solid rock!  Took 16 years to finish.

Over 90 feet deep!

Enjoying one of the many awesome shows on the cruise ship, we got there early to get good seats!

COCO CAY

Sunken Fortress Bryce saw while snorkeling

Being lazy on the beach before we played some sand volleyball!

FLORIDA

This place was so funny!  It was like the most hick people i've ever met but it was so much fun!

AirBoat

We saw so many gators, it was awesome!

This is not even a zoomed in photo, we were literally that close!

    1. It won't let me post a comment, so a reply will have to do. I don't think I've ever met you, Jaclyn, but I know Bryce from a few years back. Just wanted to say hello! :) And this looks like a total blast!! (Tho being that close to gators would've probably killed me).

You two make a beautiful couple. :)

Kristin (we blog over at http://www.callmekristin.com if you'd like to say hello) :)
